Arrived on time for my 12noon appointment for an ""Open MRI"". After waiting until 2:30pm I was told the tech had ""someone on the table"" so they couldn't give me an estimate on my continued wait. I requested a refund and return of all paperwork I'd completed. Suddenly the wait became 5 minutes because the ""tech will take the patient off the table"".
Once in the procedure area the ""OPEN MRI"" I requested when scheduling the appointment, was a traditional MRI - they don't even have an OPEN MRI at this location!
