Helped us pick the right product for our home and weather conditions 6/28/2012

We ordered two doors online through Buy Doors Direct and the customer service rep called and reviewed what the product was and recommended a different product for us. He revised the order for us and the customer service rep did a great job. We are just ordering the product through them (and installing it ourselves) but they did a great, practical job of advising us. more
