At first I did not want to go with an online dealer but I thought I would give them a try. Once I placed my order within an hour someone called and confirmed my order and gave me the better options that I could choose. They ended up saving me some more money and time. Dear Sirs; I was in need of some quality roll up doors, and from you on line. I called and asked if I could go to will call for the items. After directions from Douglas, AZ. to Pioria were sent to me via e-mail, I went to the location without difficulties. The service agent was pleasant and so was the leadman who helped load the doors into my borrowed truck. They were quick, polite and helpful. I was in and out in just less than a half an hour. The drive from my home the the plant is six hours. My total travel time was under 13 hours. I was home for dinner on time. At first, I tried to order online, but was having trouble. I called, very helpful, very quick. I was happy with the price, the quality of the door and the ease at which it went up. My only issue was there was a dent in 1 place and the paint scratch in another on the door. They couldn't be seen with the door rolled up, so I did not see them until after the door was up. At that point, I saw no reason to call to have a new one sent, (I wasn't going to take it down.) so I just left it alone. more

The quality and price of the door was good. I am quite satisified with everythig so far. The door does need a latch on both sides to adequately seal out weather elements. more

Customer service via phone was very good when it came time to order two doors. Doors were received in good condition and packaging was of good quality. Still have not installed doors yet, but directions look straight forward. more

Its always a bit nerve-wracking to tryout a company from the internet. This one turned out to be a winner. We especially enjoyed meeting the Conway driver who delivered our door. The only down side is that I did not realize that I would loose 3" of hight due to the stops the keep the door from going up too far. Works well, a little loud, reasonably priced, surprisingly easy to install. more

I love my doors. It took me 30 minutes to install 2 9X9 roll up doors from Buy Doors Direct. I help my neighbor install his regular style garage door and it took us 8 hours. Everyone I talk to who needs garage doors I send them to Buy Doors Direct. Thanks All more

I started looking a t used roll-up doors for my garage door opening last fall. The price was exorbitant and the quality was sketchy, to say the least. I found these folks on Ebay, checked them out, and never looked back. The salesman was knowledgeable about the doors and openers. The door was delivered in a timely manner and in excellent condition by supplier's truck. The driver was very nice and helpful unloading the door. Instructions were simple and door was easy to install. The door, opener and parts were of quality material. I am pleased with purchase. I built a metal building on my property as a garage. The supplier wanted an astronomical amount to include a door at the time I purchased the building. Searching online turned up many options and it was difficult to wade through all the different suppliers to find one that had exactly what I needed and would treat me like a customer not just a business with a PO. I had a few emails and phone calls to get my facts in order and ended up purchasing a roll up style metal door. I paid for multiple upgrades to have the electric opener, remote control, safety sensors and weather seals. My order was received in perfect condition. Mechanical install of the door was easy and straight forward. Wiring the various electronics together was not difficult but it was not clearly documented. The python opener was sold as a separate add on so i had to call Janus directly for tech support. OI was given the lead support techs cell phone number as a direct contact even to be used over the weekend when I would be installed and wiring my controls. Jake was a huge help when I could not get the safety sensors to operate correctly. It was a single setting on a jumper that had to be switched and it ended being the opposite of what was printed in the vague instructions. more

The website was easy to navigate to find the roll up doors we needed. The video for installation was very handy as we installed the doors ourselves.
