Overall experience was quite satisfactory. I was impressed with the product knowledge of Jason Cowell and Chris Perkins. They also presented themselves quite well with a professional image. The white shirt and ties were impressive. My wife and I had visited several other Spfld dealerships who were laid back, almost slovenly. There salesmen went by some goofy title and their closers were less than professional in appearance. Though Jason could not be present at the end sale, Chris stepped in and quite aptly showed us the inner operations of the vehicle. Quite honestly, anyone who knows Hondas, knows that they sell themselves it just a matter of finding the right vehicle for the customer in their price range. Only disappointment was in the business managers attempt to sell the extended warranty. I bought the Honda because of their track record and he was intent on selling the warranty by saying that Hondas really only build the engine and transmission and rely on others to provide the rest of the car, citing specifically that something could go wrong with the immense number of electronics in the vehicle and that we might need a loaner in the 3/36 time period. While I realize his purpose is to sell an extended warranty he almost had me questioning the vehicle quality. Chris did place a followup call and all has gone quite well with the vehicle. Have gotten several inquiries about what kind of car the vehicle is(Crosstour) etc. I will probably return as a customer though hopefully not for several hundred thousand miles I hope. Should you need a salesman in the future feel free to contact me.\r
