Worst

I found it odd that you claim there's not much you can check on a pool that's closed but it doesn't stop you from charging $175 to "not be able to tell much with the closed pool"

Best Pool Care around 6/29/2016

We put our pool in 32 years ago and the only people we have put our trust in is Dave who manages the family owned company or someone he has recommended to us if the service needed is something they don't do and the only recommend the best.. They are honest, caring and will always answer your questions. They sell the best products on the market for pool care and have great prices on all they sell. Larry Marcum has replaced tile for me and he is a very respectful kind man that is a pleasure to have the company of while on the job. I just can't say enough about this company other than they deserve 10 stars not 5. more

Very Dependable and Reasonable 6/12/2015

Don Marcum's has been a great company for the 16 years we've owned our pool. Respond quickly whenever we've had a problem. Reasonable rates. Always work with us to let us close the pool as late in the season as possible. A real quality company. more

Always polite...... 12/1/2010

I have used Don Marcum for years. They are the only place in the area that services electric pool covers. I have never had a problem with them of any kind. They are always polite, they do not overcharge and their techs know a LOT about pools. I'm always asking them questions and they always give good tips on how to do things more efficiently. I would highly recommend them. more

I was employed there in the 80's getting the best education I could have ever received. To this day I still am in the pool business in FL. With the same concepts/values/quality, that I learned working with POOL CARE. more

Helped me save money 11/24/2010

I went to Don Marcum's Pool Care for a second opinion on equipment issues that I had. The original company had told me that I needed to replace the pump and motor because it was squealing. Marcum's said all I needed was the motor - which was 1/2 the price of the first company I contacted - what a relief to find a company not trying to take advantage of the public. more

Saved us nearly a thousand dollars 11/19/2010

Don Marcum's Pool Care recently did an inspection for a house we purchased. After the technician completed the inspection, the staff explained to us about a few possible warning signs that the owner did not disclose to us. After having Don Marcum's prove these damages, the owner had the issues fixed and we were able to buy the house without having issues with the swimming pool. This company saved us nearly a thousand dollars. Thank you, Don Marcum. more

Not trying to take advantage of the public 10/29/2010

This company saved us 10/27/2010
