I have been a resident for 3 years at the domain brewers hill and every year has gotten progressively worse. The fire alarm goes off for no reason at all hours of the day, I would say on average 2-3 times a month. It has gotten so bad that most residents do not even go outside anymore. Every weekend the trash shoot backs all the way up to the fifth floor and there is always garbage in the hallways by the end of the weekend. The staff would like to blame this on residents, but the problem is their trash containers are too small and the trash isn't picked up enough. The walls are very thin and you can hear any movement from your neighbors. The elevators and garage doors are consistently broken. The staff is always turning over, it seems they can't keep anyone working here. Overall, there are many other options in the area and even if you have to pay a little more it will be worth it. DO NOT LIVE HERE more

Excellent, Favorite Place I've Ever Lived 9/9/2011

Everything about my experience at Domain Brewers Hill was first class. The staff is incredibly helpful, maintenance is minimal and quick to respond, the building and courtyards are impeccably kept and all of the residents I met during my stay were friendly. Anyone who came to visit me thought they were walking into a swanky hotel. The amenities are luxury, the floor plans are open and there is plenty of closet space (this coming from someone who has two huge walk in closets completely filled). The building is located in the safest and trendiest section of Baltimore. Anyone who is saying it's not worth it obviously doesn't know what's out there. I've shopped around and DBH is one of the best deals for the quality you are receiving in downtown Canton, Baltimore. The management staff has events frequently in the lobby for residents to meet each other and feature local businesses with special deals for the residents. I had to move for a job relocation but if I had stayed in Baltimore I would have resigned my lease in a heartbeat. If you are looking for luxury and safety you will find it here. more

Dont waste your money, a dump 10/29/2010

Dog crap everywhere. Building flooded and all they did was dry carpets and walls with fans. Building smells like mold and mildew on hot or humid days from the flood. Absolutely disgusting for a "luxury apartment". I had the property manager quote when during our last month of lease and had complaints and concerns she said "We already have a signed lease and your money, tough luck" what a joke of a place more

Domain Brewers Hill defines luxury living in Baltimore.
