THIS MAY LOOK LIKE A LONG READ, BUT IT HAS REALLY GREAT INFO ON THE IMPORTANCE OF A GREAT VS NOT SO GREAT EYELASH ARTIST & AESTHETICIAN!!!!
Tierney is not only the nicest person, but she is also the VERY BEST at what she does!! I had been to 3 other "supposed" lash specialists, prior to meeting Tierney.
The first one was good, (although I really didn't have anything to compare it with), she just appeared uninterested in working. I just couldn't get a second app't & she simply "passed" me off to another person in the salon. (In this economy, who can afford that?) This person told me that she was using real mink, she wasn't, but it didn't matter. My eyelids felt very heavy & were always red & irritated) She used so much glue it took the third "expert" I tried over an hour to get the glue off! This person also promised real mink, but when I met Tierney (at a function we both attended), she said she didn't think that they were real mink. Even though I didn't know at the time that I was unhappy with my 3d eyelash "expert", I decided to give Tierney a try; just because of the way she spoke when discussing her "passion" (eyelashes)
OMG!! I couldn't believe the difference!! Tierney is not about the "time", if it takes a little longer, she does not charge more; she's more interested in making you happy & being proud of the work that she does. BUT, more importantly, she really does use real mink! I couldn't believe the difference!! Not only were they about a ton less heavy than any of the others I'd tried (if you've thought you've being getting real mink, but aren't, you won't believe the difference in how they feel!! I was incredulous over the difference in how light they feel; it's really just like having your own lashes! All of the other lashes that I had tried made my eyes feel gritty & were always red. This DOES NOT happen with Tierney's lashes.
