Excellent Service! 6/16/2011

I took my Tundra here for some repairs. The staff was very friendly and helped me understand all that was going on with my truck. The repair was good too, and at a good price. more

My car wouldn?t pass smog and I took it To Dr J for the necessary repairs. I told them I was low on money and just wanted to do the bare minimum to get my car to pass and get it registered etc? They worked with me to do just that. They took care of what I needed to get me passed and advised on what needed to be taken care of sooner than later. The car runs a lot better and it?s all thanks to the good Dr. more

They got rid of all the funny noises and it runs way better now. I know nothing about cars and they explained it all to me so that it made sense to me. They?re nice folks. more

Trustworthy Shop 5/24/2011

The shop is very trustworthy and thorough. My Lexus failed smog check last year and I was told by another mechanic that I would probably need to replace my catalytic converter. This would have cost me a ton of money. I then went to Dr. J Automotive, without an appointment, to get a second opinion and waited for their verdict. They came to me after about an hour and said that I simply needed a replacement air quality sensor. They showed me the old, dirty sensor and replaced it within about 20 minutes. Total cost with labor was about $90 and the car passed smog check! more

True professionals! 5/18/2011

Kevin and his great staff at Doctor J?s won me over 3 vehicles ago. Starting with my Toyota truck to my 4runner to my Tacoma they have always provided an accurate diagnosis and speedy repairs. Trustworthy and dependable, I don?t even bat an eyelash when they suggest repairs. I just have them do it even if it is costly because it?s worth it in the long run. I even have my skeptical hard-to-please girlfriend taking her truck here as well without any complaints. more

I?ve taken my whole fleet of jalopies to Dr. J?s and they are always very dependable and honest. They are very good at following up on service and keeping records of everything done. No complaints and I?ve spent a lot of money and even had an engine rebuilt there. more

Dr. J automotive rocks!!! I took my truck their after getting an estimate from the dealer, the dealer totally tried to take me and they were able to save me some serious $$$. Honest mechanics are hard to find and here is one you can trust!! Thanks Guys! more
