Absolutely HORRIBLE! Bought a used vehicle there. Two days after we got it, the muffler fell off from so much rust, yet it had a brand,spanking new inspection sticker on it. With that much rust and a muffler ready to fall off, no way it should/could pass inspection unless the inspection was ""pencil whipped"" in order to move the vehicle. Two weeks after that, the vehicle wouldn't run. Spent hours trying to get hold of the Service Manager, Used Car Sales Manager, and Salesman who WOULD NOT return calls. I had to physically go to the dealership and demand that something be done. They made arrangements to have the vehicle repaired in Corning (as that's where it was) and for the next FIVE DAYS made themselves unavailable to the dealership trying to do the work, and to me. STAY AWAY FROM DOAN DODGE unless you like being ignored and treated like garbage! Doan Delivers CRAPPY CUSTOMER CARE. Doan Delivers Lemons.
