I was not informed that the temporary crowns would be 3-4 shades off my natural enamels, before the service was provided. On two visits...

The pain 10/14/2011

My visit was ok, other than the pain everything was fine. The pharmacy gave me the generic meds instead of what was written. Next time I will pay mote attention to detail. But my visit with you all was fine over all. more

Appointment 10/4/2011

Th staff was very friendly. My only issue was having to wait about an hour and a half to be called to the back. There were people that came in 30 minutes after I did and were gone before I was ever called to the back. I beleive something is wrong with that. I shouln't be told to arive 30 minutes early and then wait over an hour to be seen. more

Precision 9/30/2011

I had a horrible, horrible dental experience in the past, but Dr. Allen makes me believe in dentistry again. She is precise, professional, gives good advice to promote good oral health, and makes going to "see the dentist" a pleasant experience. The staff is professional and greets me by name which makes me more comfortable. I have recommended Distinctive Smiles to my family and friends....and as a result, they too have found a new home for all of their dental needs. I wouldn't trust anyone else. more

Distinctive Smiles has the best services that I know of when it comes to dental care. The staff is very professional. Their name fits the staff. They are very distinctive when it comes to servicing your dental care. They are also very good in keeping you up with the latest dental procedures. more

The staff of Distinctive Smile is wonderful. They are very professional and sincere in what they do. Dr. Allen is very knowledgable and stays up-to-date with the most recent practice of dental care. Dr. Allen and her staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to educate clients on the most best and recent dental service and procedures. They are also very patient in making you feel comfortable when you have to get a dental procedure done. more

My dental visit at Distinctive Smiles is always pleasant. The employees there are very professional and knowledgable. They make you feel at home when you walk in. Any problem you have they will fix it or try! My kids and I love Distinctive Smiles of Baton Rouge and STAFF!!!! more

Cleaning 9/22/2011

As always, the experience was really good. Maggie was very professional, friendly and gives just enough pleasant conversation and the experience wasnt painful. The office is always clean and comfortable and the ladies at the front desk are pleasant as well. Of course, Dr. O.Allen is GREAT!!! Even though I didnt see her this visit she is an excellent Dentist,very professional and manages her office well. I will continue to come and recommend . more
