Another great cleaning. They have a one hour window when you make the appointment. And if they are going to be late , they will call you. Great , quick clean job for my old carpet...

disappointing 6/24/2013

The results were VERY disappointing. There were a few stained spots that were not even made lighter by their cleaning. Anyplace there had been a wear pattern of dirt before cleaning looks as it they had not been there. I had a newspaper recycling bin on the bedroom floor and they cleaned AROUND it. No furniture legs were put on foam coasters or blocks to keep them from the damp carpet. more

I checked the review here before I made the call. I am glad to have called this company to clean up my carpet for the whole house. It is fast, convenient, affordable and great service. Sure will call them again for the cleaning. more

bad bad service 4/21/2013

I had hinted at the guy before leaving that since you have spoken so much about your exceptional service, as good faith, why don't you clean the stain. This guy throws a dialogue, "quality doesn't come cheap". These guys are so cheap that they advertise a service for cheap, turn around and say they'll parly do the work and ask you pay more for what you should ve got in the first place. more

sparkling bright carpet 4/18/2013

Wow, these people know what they're doing! Problem area in the dining room is no more and I have off-white carpet! They treated this area three times with no extra charge. Very polite and on time. Would hire again without hesitation.Ultimate Carpet cleaning did excellent job on my carpet. more

We've already referred this company to friends and they are also super satisfied with his work. They completely worth every penny of we're never using another carpet cleaning company again and we'll likely have him come every year. The pricing is competitive and just right. more
