It was my first time at Diffee Motor Cars South, and the staff didn't know anything about the Ford F350 truck they were selling. I asked them about the exhaust fluid and they didn't know anything about it. I have driven the truck more than 5,000 miles, and it hasn't used any of the DEF - the exhaust fluid. They can improve by being more knowledgeable about what they sell.
