I went to Diffee Motor Cars South for the first time to purchase a new automobile for myself recently. Unfortunately there was a mix up with regards to the title of the car. The team overlooked the fact that they did not have the title on hand, and it took a few weeks to resolve this issue. Apart from that the staff were excellent and helpful and the price of the car I bought was very good. more

Courteous and did a very good job--and I couldn't ask for more 6/22/2016

I really liked the way the people at Diffee Motor Cars South treated me--going over and above to do more than they needed to. I just went to look and see about trading a 1989 Chevy pickup. They showed me a truck and I shouldn't have been able to get it, but they made it so I could get it. Richard and Thaddeus on the sales staff were very courteous to me. When I went in, I brought the trade in and they didn't look down on it. Instead, they worked with me and got it done. I really didn't expect to be able to get anything done, but sure enough they made it so I could get the truck.They gave me enough money on my pickup to get the truck we were looking at. I bought a 2007 GMC Z71 that is working very well for me. It's pretty much the nicest truck I've ever owned. more

Thorough and reliable 6/20/2016

I took my truck to Diffee Motor Cars South and they were excellent. They looked at my car and wouldn't let me have it back until they made sure everything was fixed. The gear shift on my second wheel drive wasn't working properly so they fixed that and they also repaired the box on my fourth wheel drive because they noticed it was having some problems. My truck came back to me in great condition and is working well. They're reliable and do good work, I will be going back to Diffee Motor Cars whenever I need repairs. more

Satisfied with my new truck and my experience at Diffee Motor Cars 5/10/2016

I just bought a truck from Diffee Motor Cars South and I really liked their selection and honesty. Everything they said was true when I got there and they were very friendly. I was really happy with their business, I got the car I wanted and Chase was very helpful and friendly. Diffee Motor Cars South treats their customers right and they've got great vehicles, definitely worth checking out. more

They were willing to stay about an hour late to make the deal happen and got me into the the Ford F-150 I wanted--at a fair price. The people at Diffee Motor Cars South are just good people and were easy to work with. more

Outstanding service 3/21/2016

The absolute hands down best dealership in the country. Very personable, easy to work with and they are all about getting the customer what they need in a very timely manner. I have purchased two trucks from them now and will be buying my wife another sub in the comming days. I would recomend them over any dealer I have every dealt with. Will be a life time customer. Great experience 2/20/2016

This was our first experience buying a used vehicle and they took awesome care of us through every step. The Vehicle was well maintained and very clean. Thaddeous was very old school and not pushy or trying to sell us something we didn't want. All around great experiance and would recommend everyone to check them out. more

They should be more knowledgeable about the products they sell 1/14/2016

It was my first time at Diffee Motor Cars South, and the staff didn't know anything about the Ford F350 truck they were selling. I asked them about the exhaust fluid and they didn't know anything about it. I have driven the truck more than 5,000 miles, and it hasn't used any of the DEF - the exhaust fluid. They can improve by being more knowledgeable about what they sell. RESPONSE FROM Diffee Motor Cars South: Dear Randy, Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry you had a negative experience with us. I wish you had let me know sooner, instead of 6 months after purchasing the vehicle. This was my first time at Diffee Motor Cars but I know people who have gone and got recommended them from someone. They do provide great service, even if my sales person wasn't there they didn't hesitate to get me answers or get back in contact with me quickly. They have a great atmosphere there, which makes you feel welcome. more
