UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, AND RUDE. I needed a medical release in order for my Alzheimer's afflicted mother to be able to go to an adult day care center. The doctor filled out the release form but wanted to take it back to the office so she could take a copy. She said she would send it straight to the adult day care center. That was three weeks ago and they still haven't sent it. I have called multiple times and each time they said they would do it. It is still not done. In the last call, we were told ""We have more important things to do than this."" Really?
