Tibi Iovu was my sales rep. at Hannah Best Buy. He worked with me for nearly 2 weeks to get me the exact car that I wanted. I tried every where else and couldn't get approved for a car loan, but Tibi was on top of it and got me a loan!! Awesome experience! Would recommend to anyone!! more

Go There First 8/18/2008

I Delt with Vincent and he was very easy to deal with and he made me feel so at ease. i was so scared but he took the edge off. A nice bunch of people to work with 8/17/2008

I came to the Best Buys lot because they were really nice when they called me on the phone, and didn't hassle me over and over again. I originally talked to one of their phone people, but when she couldn't answer my questions, she had Patrick give me a call. He was able to answer my questions really quickly, and even took my information over the phone so that I knew I could buy something before I wasted my time coming all the way up there. \r \r When I got there, he had a couple of vehicles I had told him about ready to go. we drove both of them, and then he was able to get me into finance and out the door in less than an hour after that. \r \r He didn't pressure me at all while I was shopping, and I really appreciated that. more

Couldn't Believe it!! 8/17/2008

We are in the middle of a bankruptcy and thought no one could finance us. DickHannah treated us nice and were able to get us into a car that we picked out! I thought for sure that they would beat us up and make us feel even worse then we did. Billejean treated us kindly and made me feel like a person instead of some bottom of the food chain person with bad credit. They were fast at getting us in and out especially since being in the middle of a bankruptcy the banks require what seems to be more information and paper work.\r Everytime I?ve had questions since coming I have been able to just call her on her cell and she always answers. One time she was even at the Clark County Fair and she answered and helped me. I have always heard such horrible things about car sales people but if this experience says anything, there are really nice people out there willing to work hard to help someone out. \r I would recommend DickHannah to anyone out there! They are top of the line sales people!\r more

Happy Ending 8/17/2008

The customer service here was wonderful. Billejean was warm and caring, made me feel comfortable. I was scared to go to a dealer because I felt I couldn't cut it. She calmed my nerves and sold me the car of my dreams!! Pros: Good all around service Cons: None!!!! more

A great experience 8/16/2008

After working with numerous dealerships, this was the last and final one we were going to. Suprisingly the entire process was quick and painless. Billejean Mitch was very friendly (unlike the other dealerships) and prompt. We've made a decent amount of car purchases but by far, this dealership over exceeded our expectations. Thanks for all the hard work in a short amount of time! Pros: great customer service Cons: smaller lot more

I like this dealership 8/15/2008

My credit wasn't that great, but I was still able to live that day with a beautiful car. I was worried that I wouldn't find a nice affordable car. Tibi helped me figure out all the details and made sure i was happy with everything. I specially liked his ""no pressure"" approach throughout the sales process. I would highly recommend Tibi to everyone I know. more

I went to DickHannah and they showed me a lot of vehicles. They do have a wide selection, better then all the other places that I went. My favorite part of my experience with DickHannah was the customer service. I worked with Tibi and he was the best salesman I ever worked with. I would send everyone one I know to him. more

The best car shopping place on the planet 8/14/2008

i have really bad credit. i went to several dealerships and was treated really bad and told i needed a cosigner. all the other dealerships had something negitive to say about DickHannah but after all the other dealerships told me no i desideded to return the calls i had recieved from vincent at DickHannah. So i called him back and he took time to talk to me and find out what i needed. i found him to be extreamly helpfull.\r He worked with me to get me a car that i rally wanted without a cosigner. i found that all the other dealerships say negitive things about DickHannah simply because they know they are the best and if you go there first you will buy a car more

Upon searching for the perfect car, my fiance & I went to the Hannah lot & were helped by Tibi Lovu. We told him what we were looking for, the dollar amount we had to work with, and he ran across the street & came back with exactly what we wanted. Great Customer service by the friendliest, down to earth sales woman 8/5/2008

I went into Hannah Auto Mall thinking they were just another dealership that would show you the car of your dreams (that you could never afford) play the price game and then talk you into a down payment and monthly payments that you knew you couldn't afford. Not at Hannah Auto Mall, M y sales person Billie Jean, asked what I could afford, what I wanted in a car and within 2 vehicles later, I had the vehicle I liked. The finance side was simple, no games, no guy sitting behind a one way glass. I was in and out with my new car within three hours. WAY TO GO BILLIE JEAN AND THE HANNAH AUTO MALL. more

So we walked in and Tibi and i had talked on the phone and he knew what was going on and what we wanted to do. I chose a couple diffrent options and then i decided to go with a explorer, there was a bit of static with that and tibi went to bat for me and got me what i wanted within the price range of where i wanted to be and had a pleasurable experience would buy from tibi again Pros: good overall experience went to bat for me and did a lot to build trust Cons: had to haggle a bit but in the end it all worked out more
