I came to the Best Buys lot because they were really nice when they called me on the phone, and didn't hassle me over and over again. I originally talked to one of their phone people, but when she couldn't answer my questions, she had Patrick give me a call. He was able to answer my questions really quickly, and even took my information over the phone so that I knew I could buy something before I wasted my time coming all the way up there. \r

When I got there, he had a couple of vehicles I had told him about ready to go. we drove both of them, and then he was able to get me into finance and out the door in less than an hour after that. \r

He didn't pressure me at all while I was shopping, and I really appreciated that.
