The owner came out to fix a leaking skylight the day before severe rain and did a great job. I highly recommend Devito Roofing Company.

Worst

I had a roof leak that caused damage to a room in the top floor, and we didn't notice it, until we decided to open the damaged wall to fix it. (By the way, the roof was inspected...

A very professional service from start to finish. From the initial contact they were able to advise and answer any questions regarding the roof replacement and options available. During the work we were advised of any deviations from the original plan, which were minor, and we were encouraged regular inspections of the works. The job was carried out efficiently and at a time that was convenient for the family. All contractors were polite and have produced a roof of high quality. more

This company was one of four quotes we requested to replace our main roof,extension roof, porch and front bay. His honesty and upfront attitude together with a very comprehensive and competitive quote were what made our decision to go with him very easy.He explained everything very clearly, breaking down the process in a precise way, working within an agreed time frame.He and his team have always been good time keepers, respectful and tidy, through what is by nature a messy job.He has consulted with us at every major junction to ensure we were happy with what we were doing and to keep our period house in conformity,ensuring all small details are corrected at the time.His and his team's work is of a high standard and we are extremely happy with the finished result.You are welcome to view the property at any time, however the guy has a full portfolio of photographs of this project from start to finish. more

We recently had our roof replaced by your Roofing company. They offered a very competitive price and proved to be efficient and tidy workers.Including erection and removal of the scaffolding, the work was completed in four days with all the debris taken away.The company gives a ten year guarantee and we are only too pleased to make a recommendation. more

Top Notch! 9/22/2008

These guys are more than top notch. Returned my initial phone call right away, Rep came 2 days later. Crew came a day before scheduled because rain was in the forecast. After the job was complete, I had a small concern and the Rep came over personally. A+++ Service and proffesional attitude. more

Good rep, lousy work 11/28/2005

This company came with a good rep, and had some local TV reward for their work. But in my experience they are a complete distaster. 1. Installing a ridge vent with actually cutting the vent holes. Just pounded the vent on. Even I pointed that out. Then next day they ripped it off and overcut the vent, then just insalled shingles over the bare wood. Portions of the reinstalled venting was damaged. 2. Did not install the 150 feet of the valley flashing that was sitting in the driveway. 3. Resused old shingles on the bay window. I guess it was too tough to use new shingles! 4. Did I mention peeing down the roof even after I gave them access to the bathroom? 5. Did not bring enough tools. They ended up using stuff of mine: ext cords, ladders, wheelbarrow, and pushbroom (which they broke). 6. No supervisior, no one can speak english. When I had to go talk, they had to use a cell phone to find a translator. No wonder the work was not done right. Avoid this company! Dave Brown more
