To me, Lawrence was of those hard to come by brokers. He's different from most other broker's I've worked because he really made sure to get down all of the specifics of exactly what I was looking for (although I had to do some serious thinking to figure that out myself), which made me feel like I'd be getting the most out of my time and money. I appreciated his honestly when he'd tell me that a place wouldn't be good for me, instead of dragging me around to see a bunch of places that didn't fit the bill, which had been a problem with some other brokers (I won't name names). When I found the place I liked, I was walked through the process, which was quite fast and easy, and any questions I had were answered along the way. I really couldn't thank him enough.
