On the first visit I meet with Dr. Ridley. I was assured he would be able to make the denture I needed, and if not I certainly would not have to pay him.
After that, however, I was seen only by an assistant; nice kid but not very capable. After a great many visits they final threw up their hands and said ""that's the best we can do"". It did not fit correctly, and broke not long after.
This did not prevent them from keeping my money and the money they took from my insurance company however.
I should have listened to the alarms that went off when they demanded money up front, even before I had seen the doctor. They expect you to make them a loan of significant money, well before providing any attempt at service.
Their fees are higher than is appropriate for this area, but what can you do? In any case, if they had been able to make a proper fitting denture I would have been angry about the unfair cost, but glad to be able to chew food again. As it is, they took the money without providing the service paid for.
I presume not everyone has an experience like mine, but they proved to be untrustworthy and dishonest, which counts for more than just properly made dentures.
