RUN!!! RUN AWAY AND DON'T LOOK BACK!!\r \r I WENT TO CASTLE DENTAL FOR TWO ROOT CANAL'S AFTER MULTIPLE VISITS AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. I PAID FOR MY ENTIRE PROCEDURE UP FRONT AND WAS DENIED SERVICE OR A REFUND AFTER I FOUND OUT I WAS PREGENANT EVEN THOUGH I HAD A NORMAL NO RISK PREGNANCY WITH NO RESTRICTIONS FROM MY DOTOR. I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL I DELIVERED MY BABY FOR THEM TO FINISH THE WORK I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR. I WENT THROUGH A 9 MONTH PREGNANCY WITH SEVER TOOTH PAIN FROM THE UNFINISHED WORK. WHEN THEY FINALLY DID DO THE WORK I HAD TO GO TO A ENDONTIST TO GET ONE ROOT CANAL THEY MESSED UP FIXED (WHICH I PAID FOR) AND I JUST RECENTLY FOUND OUT FROM ANOTHER DENTIST THAT THE OTHER ROOT CANAL HAD A CROWN PLACED ON IT THAT IS TO BIG FOR THE TOOTH (AFTER SENDING THE CROWN BACK 3 TIMES BEFORE IT WAS PLACED IN MY MOUTH DUE TO IT BEING THE WRONG SIZE). SO NOW HERE I AM GOIN ON ALMOST 2 YEARS WAITING FOR MY ROOT CANAL TO BE FINISHED. IF THE NEW DENTIST HAD NOT CAUGHT CASTLE DENTAL'S MISTAKE THE IMPROPER FITTING CROWN WOULD CAUSED ME TO NEED AN IMPLANT IN THE FUTURE. IMPLANTS COST UPWARDS OF 3K OR MORE. THESE PPL ARE UNEDUCATED THE DENTIST HAD TO GET APPROVAL AND ADVICE FROM HER SUPERIOR AS HOW TO DO HER JOB! THE ADMIN IS RUDE, THE APPTS ARE NEVER ON TIME, AND THE PRICES ARE NOT WORTH THE POOR QUALITY OF WORK. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF LETTING A MC DONALDS WORKER PLAY IN YOUR MOUTH THEN LETTING THESE PPLE TOUCH YOU. OH YEA THEIR CORP OFFICE WON'T CALL YOU BACK AND THE STRUCTURE OF THE COMPANY IS LITERALLY A MAZE THAT NO ONE CAN NAVIGATE. IM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING SUEING THESE FOOLS! more

I went to this office just the other day. Dr Chahal was very nice and gentle to me. She had the office manager Kym come in and explain everything to me. She was very professional explaining everything to me. I will continue to go back to the office for my dental needs. I don't understand the bad reviews on here they are so old. Im glad I gave them a try. more

Dissapointed! 12/1/2011

I called for the 1st time to set up a teeth cleaning. I had to have my insurance company call them to ensure they accepted it (the receptionist wouldn't do the work). After that trouble, I was told the earliest appointment they had was 2 months out & their hours were only during weekdays from 9:30 am to 4 pm...not sure how a working man can go see a dentist during those hours! Then I was told on my initial visit I could not get a teeth cleaning...only x-rays! Kind of a ridiculous process...I didn't make the appointment! more

From the front desk at the entry to the Dentist's Chair, the staff was very professional and did a great job in getting my dental work completed. The financial office was extra helpful in helping me get financed and thoroughly explained my plan of action. Maria, who assisted the Doctor, really made me feel warm and welcome. more

Try to avoid getting treatment here if you can 2/8/2008

Stay away if you can! I had no choice, but to go the office in Humble. I have been getting extensive treatment, but it has taken me months more than expected since the denstist is never on time and they treat 10 people at once. If you have major work done like me you will pay 100's more dollars on travelling and childacre since this office has no regard for the time of its patients. Also they made a mistake in the treatment plan that cost me about $2000...they don't care. I have never exprienced such a lack of respect for a customer in a professional person which makes me question the quality of the dental work I am getting. Do investigate your options before you settle for treatment at this office! more
