I had to get some extensive 3/7/2014

I had to get some extensive work done (to my surprise) and I spent 3 hours in the chair to get it all completed, the staff and Dr was great. They all very nice, helpful, and concerned. They even called the next day to check on me. The office is clean and modern, very beautiful. more

Great Experience 2/8/2011

I had a great experience. The staff were very friendly. The doctor took the time to explain everything to me including how my dental health can affect my overall health in general. The hygienist was very gentle and I would recommend this office to my friends and family. more

DO NOT GO HERE! 8/5/2010

I have always taken good care of my teeth and visit the dentist on a regular basis. I have dental insurance and have NEVER had to pay anything out of pocket except for a couple cavities...which I would expect. I opened an envelope from Dental Innovations today that said I owed $56.40 so I called and asked what it was for b/c all I had done was a routine 6 month cleaning. The lady on the phone said it was for x-rays that my insurance wouldn't cover. I asked how often they take x-rays on a healthy mouth that is seen every 6 months. She said they do x-rays every 6 months even if there have been no previous problems. \r \r Also, I had him check one of the fillings that he filled the last time I was there (6 months ago) and it had fallen out. I will NOT go back here and do NOT recommend going there. I was left in the chair for so long I about left in the middle of waiting for my cleaning. more

WORST PLACE EVER! 5/7/2010

This is the WORST dental place EVER to go to! Me and my husband just had a baby and I called them because my husband had dental work done else where and they didnt do a good job so I called Dental Innovations and they said to come in and they would look him over. He went in Dec 9th of 2009 and they said he needed a crown done. He asked them to check his benefits before they did anything, the assistant "went to go call the ins" came back and said he had enough benefits left for the crown and he would be out of pocket 500. SO we financed the 500 through care credit. They put the temoprary on and came back for the permanent and they tell us his benefits RAN OUT and we need to pay another 700 dollars asap!!!!! He wouldve had all his benefits if we would've waited till JANUARY and I told them that and they said that was our problem. I said where is the assistant that called!? "Umm she no longer works here!" We have been going back an forth they are saying it's our problem and to p more

Terrible..It was a puppy Mill for dental patients.. I went in to have my teeth cleaned..That was it..They never listened to anything I said..$1078 dollars is what the bill would have come to, With an out of pocket expense of $238. No fillings, no cavities, just cleaning. Maybe that's what it will cost at the new dentist I went to..but at least they seemed to care about what I have to say..By the way the new dentist exam is $64..theirs was $138. I'll gladly pay for the second exam. I have no idea what goes into a 1K teeth cleaning, but they sure wanted me to get. And I have no explanation that I could understand as to what it included. I think it did include a follow up visit, but why they wanted me to pay today for something that wouldn't occur for 3 months didn't seem to make a lot of sense either. Oh, well..it's your money..mine is better spent elsewhere.It comes down to trust..AND I just didn't trust them. more

Great Care 3/27/2009

My dental visit was great. I was seated on time. The hygienist was very gentle and explained everything to me. The doctor answered all of my questions and gave me a couple of options how to get my treatment handled. I would recommend them. more
