I had been with this dental office a while ago, but I definitely will not suggest anyone to visit this office, unless you feel ok with the following: 1) Bad Quality of work: you need to go back to have your dental work again for the same purpose. It happened to me that my crown needs to be done. But after I paid in full (still wonder, see second point below), my crown had to be redo again after 2 months. I got charged twice and it was still not good. Finally, I went to other dental office, and it did not have any problem since for two years now. 2) Overcharged and a lot of hidden fees: Watch your pocket. If they told you this is the only charges you will have in this dental office before the work start, be aware. Two weeks after you think you have paid in full, they would send you another invoice for over hundreds for the balance that they did not inform you in your early dental visit. If you don't agree to pay the differences, they will not respond to you on the phone or e-mail. Instead they will respond you with an agency to collect your money. 3) Ruin your credit score: Just a terrible experience to have at this dental office. Because while you are waiting for their responses on the dispute (which they never respond), they already send your information to collection agency and that’s how your credit score was ruined. more

I cannot think of a bad thing to say about Westminster Dental Health. Everone there is wonderful, caring and adept at what they do. This is the best care my teeth have recieved in the last 20 years, Dr. Bancroft is phenominal. When they say "our office offers gentle, quality care in a comfortable setting." They really mean it and they are always on time for scheduled appointments. I rarely fill out surveys, but in this case I will make an exception because this group really deserves it. I had been a patient at this office for several years when this past year I went for a check up and found that Dr Moss had retired along with all other qualified technicians at this office. I had always had my check ups done on time and was told by Dr Moss that everything was looking great. When I went for my checkup this year it was a whole new ball game. I was told that I needed deep root cleaning. I went to two other dentists who told me that in their opinion no deep cleaning was necessary. No deep pockets, no bleeding around the gums, good coloring, etc. Also, my new dentist billed my insurance for the nitrous and I only had to pay 50% whereas this dentists office never told me that they could bill this to my insurance and charged me out of my pocket 100% of the charge. Save your time and money and choose a different dentist!!!! more
