Very pleased 2/8/2011

A ratt;e in the sun roof of my new car was taken car of! The had to replace the roof it tool an extra day to get it taken car of. I did have the option of bringing the car in at another time, but I opted to have it replaced on this visit, Very pleased with the service. The car was taken in on the recall for the steering column and new car check up. more

We are considering 2/2/2011

My wife and I enjoyed out first visit at Dennis Hyundai, and it was not a long wait for our oil change, also a nice salesman gave us a tour of the Lot and showed us a few new vehicles. We are considering a new vehicle next year, possibly the 2011 veracurz, we will look into this further in early summer 2011. more

exceptional customer service 1/27/2011

Dennis Hyundai offers exceptional customer service. I used the time I was at the dealership to learn more about new models. What I appreciated most was the fact that the sales representatives was willing to share information that would help me make a decision about which vehicle I would want to purchase. They offered a test drive but at no time put pressure on me to 'buy now.' When it comes time to purchase a new car, the dealership will have an opportunity to get my business. more

Stuart is knowledgeable about the Kia vehicles & was very helpful finding me a car I wanted. The Kia Koupe is sporty and fun to drive. Stuart kept my interest and had excellent followup. He is agressive and focused to find a vehicle you want. more

Rahn is the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. We live north of Pittsburgh, PA and could not find the new Sonata turbo. Rahn was so helpful that he not only found the car we were looking for, but he personally delivered it to our house within 4 days! Rahn was very professional, efficient, and friendly. We could not have asked for a better car-buying experience. If you are from Columbus or even 4 hours away, it would be worth your time to give Rahn Harper a call and see if he could beat your local dealer's price and service more

I liked Tyrones Attitude. he was easy to talk to, he made sure that we were shown all its features . i felt at ease with him . i would reccomend him to my friends.and if given a chance would return. Thank you for being so patient with me while I made my decision. more

This is the second vehicle I have bought from Dennis Imports in Dublin OH. I returned to Dennis not only because I was so impressed with the quality of my previous vehicle but because of the quality of people employed there. The sales staff are courteous and friendly without being overly solicitous and will bend over backwards to find the vehicle that is perfect for you. more

I was very pleased with all my service. I was very upset and nervous when I came in for my estimate, I hit a deer. They were very nice and to get the rental car was very easy, no hassle at all. And the car was done before the estimated time. more

My husband usually takes my car in for service, but I had to do it this time. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to check in for service and how clean and comfortable your waiting area was. I used to get so frustrated with this process on my old car (a GMC van). more
