Denkers Veterinary Hospital

We were travelling through Salt Lake and have 2 Golden Retrievers. One has melanoma and needed a vet to look at her latest surgery and see if stitches needed to come out. We were pleased to have this wonderful vet look at our dog and give us his opinion. We need all the reassurance we can get. I recently brought one of my animals into Denkers. I was told about this vet from a friend. They love the place. I on the other hand, not too impressed. I felt as if the Vet tech, Kate was very rude and unprofessional. Not just with me, but with her co-workers. She was nice enough to my animal, I was just grateful he wasn't staying over night. I would be worried Kate my treat him differently when I was not there. I felt tension in the office which worries me that my sweet cat might not get the attention needed. The place itself was neat and clean and the other staff there was very friendly. So I will have to agree with the previous post, Denkers may won’t to reconsider management because Kate is making your establishment look very bad. more

I've never been treated so rude!!! Kate the ""manager"" needs a reality check. She talked to me like I was wasting her life away. I'm sorry but if you hate you're job, please get a new one!! You're here to help my pet not judge me because you think I can't afford you're over priced services. Here's you're reality check, I can afford you're services but I'll take my business some where else! I hope the doctor realizes how much business this horrible woman is costing him. more
