Worst Experience!!! Unprofessional & NOT Courteous, 4 Months later AC/Heat Still Does Not Work -Air Exchange in Attic Incorrectly Installation, Drain Pan not properly seated- Only One Drain – requires two drains-Values Installed Incorrectly, Thermostats Not Wired- Did not complete Repairs to Ceiling Damage from Crew falling Through- PRICE GOUGER- Charged 600 Percent Mark-up on Parts-
250 percent higher labor fee on Labor fee to install part covered by Manufacturer’s Warranty

Horrible to deal with to get issues corrected-- Lots of excuses and STILL NOT Working ---Definitely not experts and Definitely DID NOT INSPECT work- After I made several Calls to Goodman/Amana and Honeywell to trouble-shoot the issues myself, I took Goodman/Amana’s advice and paid another Authorized Amanda Dealer Inspect Degree’s work. They was appealed at the RIP OFF and Dangerous Incorrect Installation!
I sent Degree 2 Certified Mail Letter with Return receipts, requesting a refund of the labor fees so I can hire another Authorized Dealer to fix this the many Installation Issues but so far I have received even a response from Degree. Quite frankly, I am afraid to have them in my house. They have completely violated my Trust and taken advantage of me, a Blind Female Senior Citizen!
All I can say is BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USED DEGREE!
