Best Treat!! 10/24/2011

Im an LNA and use a lot of my back muscles, so I figured I would try to see a massage would help me out. Well come to find out it was the best idea Ive had an a long time. I made an appt with Christine and she did an amazing job. As it was my first time, she made me feel completely comfortable and showed me ways to use my legs more in lifting! I deff am making this a every other week appt. thank you so much!! more

Really enjoyable, relaxing, therapeutic 10/8/2011

Mark makes the experience of getting a massage relaxing from start to finish. He has great hands, first of all, and just as importantly a great personality. The time is yours, and he responds to your needs. I don't live in Keene, so it's not convenient for me to get a regular massage since it involves a long trip, but I have to say that it's worth the effort and time. No one giving massages near me is half as good as Mark. So people in Keene and environs should appreciate what they've got. more

Short But Sweet 10/7/2011

My only regret about my massage with Mark was that is was too short! Mark did a wonderful job of listening to my needs and then addressing them in a gentle and effective manner. I thought that the next day might be tough, but when I woke up in the morning I was surprised by how good I felt. His advice about maintenance was also great. All in all my experience was better than I expected and I will save for my next, 30 minute massage! more

So awesome 10/2/2011

I wanted to treat my mom to a massage and myself too, the only day we could go was on a saturday, Mark was the only one on but he brought in Carolynn just for us, and i can't tell you how nice they were!!! My mom has tons of trouble spot in her back and after i was done and walked out all she could do was smile, no one has ever made my mom feel so good!!! Mark was extremly nice and very polite i will say that i will most deffinatly will be back and so will my mom!!!!! more

He knows what he's doing, but just as important is the fact that he wants to make sure your massage exceeds your expectations so if you want a deep tissue massage one time and something more relaxing the next, just tell him and he’ll be glad to adjust his skills accordingly. more

Deep tissue massage with Rachel 9/19/2011

I am an avid lifter and frequent the gym 5 days a week working every body part I have. One thing I am always contending with is tight muscles some too deep to hit with your basic stretching. This is where Rachel comes in! She is great at targeting those deep sore muscle groups, working out the knots and loosening up tight spots! When she is done I feel like a completely different person! If you have deep muscle pains, you lift or just have a labor intensive job she is the one for you! more

I recently got a massage at deep roots with Mark. He not only callled me back right away but he ws able to schedule me for the very next day. I really needed neck and lower back relief which was addressed right away. I found mark to be gracious and professional as well as informative. But he was not too talkative, which has been an issue in past massages. I would definately recommend deep roots to people. more

Wonderful! 7/14/2011

I've had problems with my scaitic nerve for quite some time and have not tried massage before. Mark was wonderful, he showed me exercises I could do to help it (Without me even asking) as well as worked it out for me. He was friendly, professional and always asked about my comfort level. I couldn't believe how I felt afterwards! The pain was nearly gone when earlier in the week I couldn't even walk. more
