Great location, well maintained property, very reasonable rent and very accommodating office staff. I lived in two of this landlord's properties and if you are looking to reside in White Plains then their rental properties should be considered. more

De Rosa's Building has provided a safe, clean environment. Staff members are always available at any time during the say, if I have an emergency. On site laundry room available on each floor. Having access to a private pool in the summer has been convenient having two little girls. It has been a nice and pleasant experience at De Rosa Builders. more
