I bought a 2016 Honda HRV at DCH Honda in January and Ash Saadeh was the one who helped me with everything. Those cars were on back order which I knew so I did have to wait about 1 month before actually receiving the car. He was honest with me whenever I called to get an update about the situation. At the end I was happy with everything and he has called me up months later to make sure everything is ok with the car and that I'm still happy with everything. After several months of research I determined my best out-the-door price. I called up DCH and Lisa G. (who for some reason is not on the checklist below--put her on the list!) promptly emailed me their best offer. We went back and forth a little and they came in only $50 over my target price. Then I just showed up, without calling, and filled out the paperwork! No unwanted discussions about price at the dealership. Andre helped me do the paperwork and made zero attempt at up-selling me anything. In fact, whenever he showed me something to sign and I was about to express a concern, he beat me to it and addressed the issue to my satisfaction every single time. Andre was patient, kept the mood light, and had no negative or high-pressure attitude. They had to deliver the car from a nearby warehouse, but didn't require any deposit or commitment from me first. There was none of that 'let me talk to my manger' BS where they try to work you over with pressure and a war of attrition. When I was passed over to Akram in finance, I expected the up-selling to begin. He merely asked if I was interested in an extended warranty--expecting the 'no' since I made it clear I was going to spend only what we negotiated by email and not a penny more--he casually asked if I wanted to discuss why and when I declined he professionally moved on without any attitude or pressure at all. Finally, before sending me off with my new 2015 Honda Fit, Andre explained all of its features (there are many). Bottom line: I could not be happier with the experience, and I would recommend anybody to see Andre and the whole staff at DCH. more

My experience at DCH Honda of Old Bridge was amazing, and still is, and that's all thanks to Dimitri. He made my first time buying a car great and easy. I thought buying a brand new car would be scary but he made my experience amazing. Anything I need, he is right there and more than happy to help me. I contacted DCH Honda Academy online for a price quote. Fortunately David Mazurek was the sales rep who replied and I made an appointment to see the cars I was interested in. This Salesman is the nicest guy I have ever dealt with in a dealership. No pressure! Easy to work with! Great communicator! I ended up buying a factory certified 2009 Honda Accord for my 19 year old daughter. When we brought it home, we heard a creaking noise in the front end. Apparently it was the right CVJ. Took it back to dealership and they replaced the right CV axle shaft, no questions asked, no charge! Service department reps were professional, friendly, and well-trained. I definitely recommend this dealership. more

I brought my car in for a routine service, I had no complaints about my car. I was called to the back to speak with a mechanic. I was told that my valves where stripped and I needed a new cylinder head which would cost me $2970.00. I was in disbelief because I did not see any check engine light come on and my car was running without any problems. I had the car towed to Honda of Princeton because I was told the car could not be driven. I did not tell Honda of Princeton what DCH had told me and I was given and estimate of $225.00 for an oil change and valve adjustment. I can only come to two conclusions they are dishonest or they do not know what the hell they are doing more

My parents recently bought a 2006 Honda Accord from DCH. I had dealt with them before, when I was looking into buying a Civic and they seemed decent. But recently, the delivery of the car was not stellar. When we went to pick up the car, we waited for about 3 hours for them to finish prepping the car for us - vacuum the inside, wash off the outside, etc. They did a horrible job prepping. The car was still dirty on both the inside and outside - there was still glue stuck on it from the paper that they used to cover the car in the warehouse. Even worse, there was a large scratch that was ragged above the right headlight. It is very difficult to miss because it's about an inch-an inch and a half in diameter. They did NOT tell us about this and we only found out AFTER we got the car. Be sure to see the car before finalizing everything, because we did not get to. There were also other scratches on the inside of the car and dust. Then we brought it back to buff out to the scratch and they did not put a finishing coat onto the paint, so half of the car is dull and the other half is shiny. Terrible, terrible job. more
