I had my first appointment at Daybreak Salon and Spa this past Saturday. It was a wonderful experience, I LOVE my hair and the atmosphere, until I was leaving. As I walked by the front desk, the manager? was reprimanding a staff member in front of everyone. I felt horrible for the staff member, was uncomfortable myself and couldn't believe the unprofessionalism of the manager. Feedback is good to improve processes in any business, but personal feedback should always be shared in a private setting.
