Received laser hair removal treatments at Dare to Be Bare for more than a year for (pretty standard) facial hair. The no-frills, bare-bones style was fine with me--never needed more than 15 minutes on the meter per session--until it was obvious the treatments were falling short (I'd say that in the end they were about 65% effective). Reasons given were that 1) I hadn't scheduled my appointments at proper intervals, 2) I was resistant to treatment, and 3) ""You're seeing more hair than I'm seeing."" Surely professionals with a concern for customer satisfaction can do better than blame the client for imperfect results.
