Dance Austin Studio

I absolutely loved this place! I went for the free day of dance and took five classes that were about half an hour each. I thought that was just enough time to give a sample of what each class has to offer and have you wnating to come back for more! I took the Sexy Stiletto Fit, Zumba, Belly dance and Hip Hop Yoga classes, as well as a master Hip hop in heel class, which was actually an hour and cost $10, a steal really! My favorite were the Zumba and Belly dance classes, but I definitely enjoyed all of them. The instructors were all very friendly and did not make me awkward at all if I happened to mess up a step or two. I definitely worked up a sweat while I was there and burned a ton f calories! I would recommend this studio to anyone who just wants to dance and have fun! more

I recommend this Dance Studio for anyone that hates to workout but really want work out. I have so much fun when I take the dance classes and get to wor out at the same time.By the time class is finish you are wondering where the time went and you just had a great work out...I love it. more

Dance Austin Studio is where its at!!! If you are not enrolled in any of the classes that are offered you should be! Dance Austin Studio has dance and fitness level classes for all ages, level and styles. There are classes such as Zumba, Go Go Cardio, Sexy Stiletto Fit (which i really enjoy) and more. If you are some what like me, a person that goes to the gym and works out for a while and gets bored or just tired of the same old stuff at the gym then this is for YOU! Trust me the instuctors will keep you on your feet and wanting to come back for more fun. Its like your not even working out u definatly forget that your working out due to the fun ur having. The instructors are awesome and very professional. They take the time to make sure that all the students understand all of the dance moves. One thing that i love about the instuctors is that they never make you feel uncomfortable when you miss or forget a step. They always say "" Just keep moving"" or ""Make it your own and do what's comfortable for you."" So if you want to get in shape and have fun doing it, this is the place for you! Love the studio and the owner is great! It is a good atmosphere and comfortable place to take fitness classes. I am able to go to a variety of class at a reasonable price. more

So...I didn't really grow up dancing- I didn't take my first dance class until I got to college. I have to admit, it can be very intimidating to walk into a dance studio and be among people who have been dancing since they exited the womb. I've walked out of classes before because I didn't feel like my inexperience was welcomed. Dance Austin is a totally different atmosphere! No matter the skill level, you can expect to learn something new each class. The Grand Opening weekend was amazing! I pretty much stayed the entire day because each class kept me eager to see what was next. This is a studio where instructors really care about your growth as a dancer- they actually take the time to make sure that students understand and can get the moves. Each instructor is very unique and excellent in their style of dance. The atmosphere is very inviting and you can expect to have a good time! more

I really had an amazing time at Dance Austin's classes and I want to share the word. Many people feel like they can't go take a dance class if they don't know any moves or haven't had any experience, but this wasn't my experience at Dance Austin. Classes are fun and exciting for every level dancer. And for the experienced dancer I felt like the classes were still challenging and fresh. The instructors are amazing and lots of fun, and the fitness classes are to die for! I always wanted to learn some hip hop dance and I have been having a blast, also without breaking my bank. Dance Austin is definitely worth it if you want a fun quality dance class! more
