Damerow Ford

Had to share our experience with leasing a car at Damerow ford.First of all we had never leased before, had bought a car ""new"" and drove it for many years.By the time we arrived at Damerow we were on overload from all of the advice we had been given about being cheated out of everything but our front teeth.We were supposed to reread everything no matter how small the print over and over.I am sharing this because NONE of the above happened.We were greeted and taken care of by Chris Moore.We told him what we wanted and what we wanted to spend.He then proceeded to knock himself out to find us exactly what we wanted.That was the hard part [for him] .We paid exactly what we had asked for in the beginning.It was the most pleasant business transaction we had had in years.I didn't think there was anyone left who did business this way. I had a 5 STAR experience at Damerow Ford! I got a phone call from internet manager Ben, within 15 minutes in response to my email inquiry about a preowned VW. He let me know that car had just been sold the previous day and offered to show me a similar vehicle. The car he offered had 60,000 less miles on it but was $3,000 higher. I said that price was out of my budget. He asked that I come see it and give him a chance to work out a deal. I agreed to a test drive but did not believe we would be able to make a deal on that car. We loved the car and a short time later Ben and sales manager Warren gave us exactly the deal WE wanted but never expected. Ben was at least as excited as we were about helping us get that car! I plan to not only give Ben my future business but recommend Damerow Ford to others a well. Give them a chance to impress and surprise you! more

Everyone was helpful and respectful, from the woman in the office who directed me to my service writer, to the shuttle driver who took me to work. Also the heads up on the condition of my brakes was appreciated. You didn't try to sell me something I didn't need yet. more
