If you are serious about a life of ministry, DTS is the school for you. What you receive from DTS will FAR outweigh your expectations, and tuition costs! Chapel services regularly have highly respected men and women of the Gospel, such as Chuck Swindoll, Dennis Rainey, Tony Evans, Chip Ingram, and Priscilla Shirer to name a few. Top notch. 3/17/2009

DTS is a top notch school. It has strong academics and pushes students towards excellence. The ThM program will prepare you to not just work in ministry but to be a leader. If you did not go to a Bible college before hand, the program will get you up to speed and the language departments will make you a solid exegete. more

Dallas Theological Seminary 8/16/2005

DTS is famous for turning out quality pastors. It is a great place to learn about the Bible after college, especially if you are from the Dispensational (as opposed to the Reformed) persuasion. Still, I know someone who wanted to be a pastor in the PCA and said that it was still a great education--it helped him learn more about both sides. DTS is a great place to go to get a degree--most plans are four years. All of the great churches in Dallas are another reason that DTS is a great choice. more

Solid Biblical education 8/12/2005

I have been attending Dallas Theological Seminary for several years now and it has been a great learning experience. The staff at the seminary are excellent and each brings a wealth of ministry experience to the classroom. If you attend DTS, you are guaranteed to be challenged. You will be encouraged to critically evaluate your theology and sharpen your mind in light of what God has revealed to us in his written Word. Dallas Theological is the arguably the most respected evangelical seminary in the world. Many professors are top-notch experts in their field and prolific authors. The school represents conservative evangelicalism and particularly dispensational theology. The atmosphere is scholarly but friendly. DTS is committed to theological purity, academic rigor and deep spirituality. You can't go wrong with DTS! more
