Dale's Collision Repair is the epitome of old-fashioned customer service! 5/16/2011

Really, Dale's Collision Repair is the epitome of old-fashioned customer service, as opposed to the disconnection in this day and age. My parents ran a small, family-owned company where they did business on a handshake, that's what Dale's reminds me of. There's not an automated phone system, and not a different person dealing with you every time you turn around. Plus, Dale is a real person, not just a name on the sign and he takes care to personally meet his customers. I wish I had met him ten years ago when I first started needed collision repair done. They'll keep you apprised of the process of your car. They'll go above and beyond the call of duty. I'll definitely be going back! Cee Jay more

Excellent service with fast and great quality work. 5/11/2011

The customer service I received from Dale's Collision Repair was excellent. The first day I met him, Dale immediately jumped on my issue, and the service I received from him and his staff was excellent. The work they did was fast, and the quality was great. Dale has been there to take care of any issues I had remaining. I am very satisfied. It was a fairly large job because I ran into the back of a pickup truck. They had to replace the whole front end and hood. I recommend Dale'e; I don't think anybody could go wrong by utilizing his service. more

Awesome Service 3/11/2011

I had the pleasure of taking my 2 sons cars for body repair. Didn't imagine that I would associate the word ""pleasure"" with car body repair. The team at Dale's is professional, responsive and pleasant. Dale explained all that would be done and quoted me a price after thoroughly evaluating the cars. The service was completed when promised and they help arrange transportation for me. The work was first rate. Can't say enough good things about Dale and his team. more

Excellent Body Work & Paint Job 7/13/2010

Dale's Collison Repair not only has great customer service, the repair that was performed on my 2002 Mercedes and the paint job was outstanding. My Mercedes looks awsome. I would highly recommend Dale's Collison Repair to anyone needing work done on their car. more

Outstanding Service 6/24/2010

After going to Dale's Collision Repair I felt very comfortable that I wouldn't be taken advantage of. Being a woman with very little knowledge about cars I unfortunately experienced the unprofessionalism from other repair shops I visited. Dale and his staff made my visit pleasant and explained my options in terms I could understand not being familiar with mechanical terminology. And for that reason I continue to take my cars to Dale's Collision Repair and am very pleased with the service from this shop. Pros: Very helpful, attentive and understanding more
