Really, Dale's Collision Repair is the epitome of old-fashioned customer service, as opposed to the disconnection in this day and age. My parents ran a small, family-owned company where they did business on a handshake, that's what Dale's reminds me of. There's not an automated phone system, and not a different person dealing with you every time you turn around.
Plus, Dale is a real person, not just a name on the sign and he takes care to personally meet his customers. I wish I had met him ten years ago when I first started needed collision repair done. They'll keep you apprised of the process of your car. They'll go above and beyond the call of duty. I'll definitely be going back!
