I am double happy with Dale & Lee's. Most helpful and professional heat and air conditioner sales and service in the tulsa area. I needed a whole new system and called around to get estimates. The person from Dale and Lees's Service is the only one that came armed with financing information, took time to explain different quality levels with prices, etc. Totally friendly, helpful, and professional. That was years ago. The installation went great. The workers were very good and knew what they were doing. Since then, I have used their maintenance programs where they come and give it all a check and clean out & fill up the air conditioning fluids. I also had a part go out once. They were able to tell me if the part was still under warrenty. They keep your information and are dependable. You don't have to worry about them disappearing. They will be there for you always. Very reliable and dependable.
