The installation went great. The workers were very good and knew what they were doing. Since then, I have used their maintenance programs where they come and give it all a check and clean out & fill up the air conditioning fluids. more

My experience with Dale and Lee’s was nothing but positive. I returned from a trip to find my heat had failed and my home was dangerously close to freezing on the inside last winter. Dale answered his phone after hours and acknowledged the urgency of my situation. He came out the next morning and quickly had me fixed up again. He was courteous, professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. I highly recommend Dale and Lee’s for any heating and electrical needs. more

We returned from vacation on a Friday night to an 87 degree house. Dale answered my call at 7:30 and said they could come out the next day after another customer. I received a call from a technician at 11 a.m. letting me know he was on the way. By noon he had the air running, and had cleaned both units! I have a 20+ year old furnace and A/C unit, so I was very it didn’t take long. Thanks for your honesty, prompt service, and great work, Dale and Lee! more

I just purchased a new home and as a first time home owner I wanted everything to be perfect. I spent a lot of time researching who was best to call and getting estimates from AC and Heating companies. Dale and Lee’s was the most impressive. Even though there were more affordable options and more expensive options, there was no contest in my mind after I talked to them. My house heats and cools very well now and I am more than thankful for Dale and Lee’s crew for respecting my investment. more

Great experience with Dale and Lee. My heater wasn’t working last year, and with the upcoming winter months I knew I was going to be miserable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it same day. I was not expecting that at all. I had no idea it was going to be so quick, I was prepared to batten down the hatches and break out the winter jackets for at least a week. I was pleasantly surprised that this would not be the case. Thanks for keeping me toasty warm last winter! more

They did a spring check up for me and took care of a problem I was already having. Within about 15 minutes of the appointment time they got here and found the problem fast. They did a great job with that and with the maintenance everything is running as it should. more
