The manager of this location is out of control refusing to give any info of how to lodge a complaint with her boss stating she was the mgr no one was above her so it didn't matter...

The manager of this location is out of control refusing to give any info of how to lodge a complaint with her boss stating she was the mgr no one was above her so it didn't matter!! Being a customer here does matter the other employees there are great but the manager drives away business more

Not the same 4/13/2006

I will admit Orange Julius is good however I remember when they used to be thicker and more flavorful. Maybe it's because I'm from California or what not but since trying them here I have not been able to find the taste that brought me to them in the first place. I even think when they were downtown they were better. i guess costs just caught up with them. more
