D'Tails Pet Grooming

We have been using D'Tails for 8 years and never a problem. Our lab is always excited to go there which tells us to she really likes it there. Staff is friendly & most know our dog by name over the phone which shows they are also personable. more

AMAZING! the ladies who work here are the best. They had my 2 fur babies all day and I was late picking then up, they understood and stayed late for me and didn't charge me. The best dog groomers around. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

D'tails took great care with my senior Great Pyrenees Muffin, she is 13 and has difficulty standing long periods. I talked to Tracy before her appointment and they did a wonderful job, groomed her first and then called me when she was done. They brushed her out while she was lying down. I was very happy with the service and care she received. She loves to go to D'tails. more

Best around My little boys love Tracy Waylon and Willie don't go no where else. They all ways wagging there tail when we go in. more

This review is for their grooming services. I can't speak to their daycare. I was so happy with my first experience at D'Tails. I arrived early as I had to get to school by 9 and was worried about making it on time. They let me right in and said they didn't mind taking dogs early as long as they were there. They were so nice when I told them what I wanted with my dog's grooming job. They communicated with me throughout the day so that I was aware of pick up timing. When I arrived to get him, he was in the front office area chilling out, rather than being in a kennel. They did a perfect job and followed my instructions to the tee. Best grooming he's ever received in Augusta. And... the price was right! Very reasonable for a large dog with a thick coat. My only suggestion for improvement is maybe more frequent potty breaks? My pup immediately stopped to relieve himself when we left and it seemed like he'd been holding it for awhile. But, great job! I'll be back :) more

HIGHLY recommend this place! This was my baby, Ginger's first time going to D'tails! When I came to get her, she didn't even want to leave lol. The fact that she had a great time, made friends, and looks STUNNING, makes this person here a happy mommy I shall be back to have Ginger visit and bring my new puppy! more

This was my first time bringing our little Madi here and Tracey did a great job! I think Madi would have been happy to stay all day if we didn't pick her up. I like that they get to socialize with other dogs before and after they get groomed. That's something you don't see with other groomers. She still smells so good days after! more

A day spa for dogs!!!! First time at recommended D'tails pet grooming. I love the socialization opportunity for Rudy. His coat was beautifully brushed and his nails done right and seem relaxed. Prices are very reasonable so that you can tip the groomers. Definitely coming back and recommending to other pet owners. more

Absolute best grooming and kennel in Augusta. Couldn't ask for a better place to take my pups. They love going here. I have NEVER seen them be rude or unkind to any two or four legged creature. I have two large dogs and they are always happy going and coming home!!!! Keep up the great work guys!! more
