Absolutely the WORST customer service experience of my entire life. I cannot believe how horrible, rude and unprofessional the employees are there. Ive never seen anything like this ever. So, I made an appt for a Saturday, they called a few days before and cancelled me and we re-scheduled for the following week. I called to confirm the second appt and they asked if I could come in early. I said I wasnt able to but that I was leaving my house right then and I would see them in an hour. By the time I got there, they had already left! I went so out of my way and took hours out of my day and they closed and locked up and didnt even call me to cancel. And its not like I got there after there business hours, they closed up early for the day!I called and left them the rudest complaint on their machine ever!
