This business has extremely poor communication skills. I wanted to consolidate my home, auto and motorcycle insurance bills, and bring my insurance premiums to a local agent. The transition of all three policies was awful. No notification of policy activations coupled with multiple miscommunications between office personnel, led to multiple events in which inactive policies were billed. I was charged for a motorcycle policy that I did not consent to, that I signed no paperwork for. I canceled that policy, then requested to cancel auto and home. The next week I was billed for the canceled \r
auto policy. Both were eventually refunded, but in the mean time, Allstate borrowed over $1000 from my bank account without my approval. Time will tell if I get billed for the canceled home policy this month.\r

This was a horrible experience, and I regret transferring all of my policies before I had any personal experience with this business.
