I recommend Heather Cullen and her entire staff for any family law court issues. I started my case on my own while I was in another state. I signed everything and just wanted the case done. Then I went to Heather to try to fix what I had screwed up. I actually did this twice before I learned. I thought I could handle my case on my own because an attorney costs so much money. I decided to let Heather go and represent myself. Again, I went back to Heather to fix what I had screwed up. She was very patient and understanding. She immediately went into court to fix my errors. Because I had signed a few things without an attorney helping me I had quite a bit of work to do to get back what I had lost. But, her whole office helped me get through the process and at the end of it all I was happy with the outcome. Sadly, my divorce included custody issues so I will be needing Heather’s services for many more years. But, I have learned my lesson and I will never go at the family law process alone again – I will always have Heather or one of her attorneys by my side. more

Heather and her remarkable staff helped me with my divorce and custody case. They were there for every step of the way. I felt very alone in the court process until I hired her office. I felt that “I got what I paid for”. The whole staff was professional and supportive. more

The separation/divorce part took a couple of years but the custody portion has lasted for over 10 years. Every time I think I am done with court…I am not. Heather has been there with me through it all. Every time I feel like I am going to lose my case (or my mind), Heather pulls me through and keeps my daughter with me. About 5 years into the custody battle, I thought I could do it on my own – I was wrong. I went to court – lost a huge portion of my case – and went back and got Heather back. She stepped in and immediately fixed what I thought I could do on my own. I feel like Heather is not only my attorney but also now a friend. I trust her to do what is best for me. This firm and its attorneys have represented me over the past years and with many issues including child custody, child support and spousal support. I had an awesome outcome using this law firm. I can not believe the results that I received after having such a terrible experience with a prior law firm. The prior mistakes made by my previous representation were fixed and for a more then fair price I now have proper custody and visitation of my children. That is priceless. more

Despite having completed my necessary wage garnishment committment in regards to spousal support, payments did not stop. I contacted Heather Cullen and her staff to get this situation resolved. I agree with the other review ... the changes to the system make it very complicated and fruastrating to even acquire information in reagrds to my own case. Bad information given to me by the court directly was quickly discovered by this office and the garnishment was stopped. The price was reasonable for the results and knowledge. more
