Horrible experience, they destroyed my $175 pair of pants and then tried to claim it was moth damage!! Then they refused to have my pants sent off to be tested for moth damage by an independent testing facility that dry cleaners use. The customer service person told me it costs $35 to get an item tested, and I even offered to reimburse them for the cost if it turned out to be moth damage. I can't believe I had to pay these clowns to destroy my pants.
Pros: They have a lot of locations
Cons: THEY DESTROY YOUR CLOTHING AND DON""T REPLACE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!
