They Do It Right! 9/3/2010

Having inherited some gold coins and estate jewelry recently, I was looking to convert them into cash. With all the advertising to buy gold these days, I chose CSA Coin & Jewelry because their reputation in the community is the best. Everybody told me that Bill and Kathy at CSA were great to deal with. Bill and I met privately in his office and looked thru my things. I was very impressed with Bill's knowledge and professionalism. The $5,000 Bill paid me for my gold coins and gold jewelry was a very fair price. Selling my valuables at CSA was fast and easy. The best thing about CSA Coin & Jewelry is ""They Do It Right!"". more

A perfect 10! 9/1/2010

I had an old gold chain that I no longer wore and I wanted to turn it in for some extra money. I chose CSA because I was at Dunkin' Donuts adn saw their coin & jewelry store.It look really nice, so I decided to check it out. Kathy greeted me when I came in and she made me feel comfortable in the store. They even has chocolates for their costumers, which was good because I came in on my lunch break and didn't have time to eat. Not only did CSA treat me well, but they made my day when Kathy paid me $255.00 for my old gold chain! I was only expecting about $100.00 I will definitely tell all my friends about CSA and would rate their service a perfect 10. Thanks for the chocolates and thanks for being honest and easy to deal with. more

Having seen CSA Coin & Jewelry's ads in a local newspaper, I decided CSA was the best place to sell my old gold jewelry. I chose CSA because of their excellent reputation, and they are a husband and wife team which made me comfortable. CSA Coin & Jewelry's store is very nice inside and Bill and Kathy are very easy to do business with. I was surprised and pleased at how much my old gold jewelry was worth. I would definitely recommend CSA Coin & Jewelry to anyone looking to cash in gold jewelry. The best part about selling my old gold jewelry to CSA was I got a great value for my gold, and Bill and Kathy were very friendly to do business with. more

I recently saw that gold went over $1000/oz., and decided it was time to sell my gold coins. I have been seeing the ads in the paper and chose CSA because everyone told me CSA Coin & Jewelry was thew best place to do business. I was very comfortable form the moment I walked into Bill & Kathy' store. Bill greeted me right away and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I knew that I should get a fair price for my gold coins and was really surprised when Bill offered me more than I had expected. In fact, he paid me so much I wondered if he was going to make anything on the deal. I would definitely recommend CSA to anyone who wants to sell their gold and silver coin & jewelry. I also really liked knowing I was in a secure building when doing business. I am very happy with my experience with CSA today. more

Avoid the run around, go to CSA! 8/18/2010

I had some old gold I wasn't wearing and wanted to cash it in. I went to another gold buyer where I live and had an unpleasant experience, so I obviously did not do business with them. I drove to CSA Coin and Jewelry in Queensbury and the store looked like a really nice place. I decided to take my old gold jewelry in and check it out. From the minute I walked in, Bill & Kathy were really nice to me, and the best part is that Bill paid me more money for my old gold jewelry than I was offered anywhere else. I was thrilled!! I am going to tell everyone I know to go to CSA to sell their old gold jewelry. Avoid the run around, just go see Bill & Kathy! more

A perfect 10!! 8/16/2010

I inherited a large coin collection that I wanted to sell, but didn't really know how to do it. I asked my local bank who they recommend I do business with, and they sent me to CSA Coin & Jewelry. After seeing how clean and organized CSA's coin and jewelry store is, I instantly knew that I had made the right choice. Bill treated me very well and took extra time with me to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. Once you see CSA Coin & Jewelry for yourself, it's obvious why they have such a great reputation. After selling my old coins for several thousand dollars to CSA, I felt like I hit the lottery!! CSA Coin & Jewelry's service is a perfect 10!! more

All of the negative reviews posted about us are from one person with multiple email accounts. CSA Coin & Jewelry has over 30,000 very satisfied customers and we personally work very hard to make every customer happy, but sometimes for whatever reason it just doesn?t work out that way. We believe this entire situation is the result of two people ultimately having a bad day and mis-communicating. more

Big Scam, Better off selling gold to eBay 11/30/2009

Guy refused to explain his arazz matazz math. Threw in a ""divide by 2"", which he refused to explain. Also tried to throw around random numbers and argue about the current spot price of gold which is printed in every major news paper. Pros: local Cons: scam more
