I was treated in a very professional and courteous manner. My item was shopped in several states and Bill offered me a price that was very satisfactory. I felt that the other places stores were taking advantage of me and treating me in a condescending manner. I don't feel a need to shop around anymore. CSA is my first and only stop! more
