Crystal Gardens Banquet Center

Crystal Gardens made our wedding reception perfect. We were so impressed with the staff from the sales office, to [the wait staff]. We couldn’t have asked for a better celebration!! more

Crystal Gardens was very nice. The staff couldn't have been worse. They were constanly watching us to see if we were breaking any possible rules they had. Also the bar closed an hour before the event was over. But their was plenty of room there and looked great inside and outside. more

Do not hold an event at Crystal Gardens! They treat guests like prison inmates! I recently attended a mid-size wedding there (and was excited to try them out!), and found that on a Friday night they had a number of "guards" posted along the hallway like hall monitors "busting" guests left and right. "No Coca Cola in the hallway!" "The room won't open for 4 minutes!" "Our insurance doesn't cover people in long dresses using the staircase!" "You are not permitted to look at the other reception!" I felt like an inmate being bussed through their wedding reception factory, being told to keep my face down and eyes forward, constantly at risk of being lectured. The staff was cold and domineering. And I was NOT a rowdy or drunk guest whatsoever. Other guests were very intimidated by the staff as well. We all agreed that this still newish, handsome (though cave-like) facility was a huge embarrassment for the bride and groom, and none of us will rent there. BEWARE! more

If you are looking for a VERY structured event- with little personalization- choose Crystal Gardens- This location has a standard playbook and sticks with it- The staff is also unfriendly. Many of the staffers walk the halls of the event like hall monitors waiting to yell at someone- No one is allowed to have drinks outside of the room. The bar service also leaves quite a bit to be desired. The drinks are VERY weak and the bar will close well before your event ends- don't be fooled by all the prettiness of the place! more

This is a top notch banquet facility. They have plenty of room for a gathering of any size. The entire building has recently been renovated and the parking lot is clean, well lit and spacious. more
