Cruisin Coffee Cordata

This is my 2nd time I have had to complain about this location. Not sure why I keep going back to it, guess I think it will get better. After my first complaint last summer, the managers were very kind and compensated me with some free drinks on my Cruisin' card. However most of the time I would use it at other locations, then I tried this location again...and this time I was pleased to see the person that came out to the car and took our order (there were 3 of us) actually wrote the orders down...so after ordering my 'cinnamon yogurt milk shake' I was pretty confident it would be right...my mistake... I got back to work and discovered it wasn't a yogurt shake, and it wasn't cinnamon...the other person with me ordered a vanilla shake...guess they thought that it would be easier to just make two of them so that is what I got...not that it wasn't OK, but it WASN'T what I ordered or PAID for. So thinking maybe this isn't the place for me to go to anymore, even though it is pretty close to my work. more

I have been going to Cruisin for over three years and have always had a wonderful experience. The employees are always friendly and greet me with a smile. I love that they will walk out in the wind and rain to get my order. You guys are the best! Thanks for all the mochas! more

I guess only good reviews show up on this web site...too bad, if all were posted, maybe it would improve the service at this location! I posted a poor review several weeks ago, and I heard NOTHING back, which goes along with the poor customer service I received at this location. I love the Writing tips noted on this site: Writing Tips: You'll want to include honest descriptions of your experience, helpful details and useful information your friends would need to make a decision about whether to use the business. I did all of the above...what difference did it make? 0! My first posting stated the following: I had purchased a mocha at this location, and returned to my office to 'enjoy' it...took one sip and it was TERRIBLE, tasted like old coffee, had to pour it out. The next time I went back to this location, I told the young lady that was taking my order, that I had a poor drink the time before, nothing was said about it. When my new drink was handed to me, and I was given the charge for it, I asked "so what do I do if this drink isn't any good either?" and she said "when you come back the NEXT time just let ME know, and I'll see if I can do something about it" Now that is poor customer service...I have not been back since, and I have let other co workers know about it as well! more
