I was looking for a cruise to get my parents for their 30th anniversary. The gentleman that helped me (Craig) seemed very disinterested in many of the questions I asked. In the end he told me to go online because I could sometimes find good deals on various websites. He made it clear that he did not work on commission. I have a very hard time understanding how this company stays in business with customer service like this. For anyone thinking of going to Cruise Adventures in River Park, I would highly advise just getting online and booking the cruise yourself. \r
p.s. The story does have a happy ending, I did find exactly what I was looking for by booking directly through the cruise line =)\r
