I have been a customer of Cruise Adventures for almost the last decade. I have taken numerous Cruises and other excursions. Working with Craig and Cruise Adventures has been the best. Professional, on top of details and yes, even getting us extras on some of the trips and not telling us until we got a surprise note when we got to our destination. Whenever we had a question Craig and hsi staff were always there to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

I was looking for a cruise to get my parents for their 30th anniversary. The gentleman that helped me (Craig) seemed very disinterested in many of the questions I asked. In the end he told me to go online because I could sometimes find good deals on various websites. He made it clear that he did not work on commission. I have a very hard time understanding how this company stays in business with customer service like this. For anyone thinking of going to Cruise Adventures in River Park, I would highly advise just getting online and booking the cruise yourself. \r p.s.
