Never disappointed 5/13/2011

I have had my golden retriever and my border collie boarded, groomed and trimmed here for several years. I like the location and the job they do is great. They like my dogs! There are places that are not kind but the staff at Critter Clips is always welcoming and enthusiastic. My dogs come home happy and well groomed. I see no reason to go elsewhere! more

I've been happy! 10/7/2009

After taking my cocker to 3 or 4 groomers after moving here & each time his ears became hyper-sensitive, we have been very happy with critter clips. Once we had a student groom him, afterwhich we decided to have the professional do him. We've been happy with the service, prices & his treatment - he hasn't come out terrifed as in many places. Yes, I would recommend them. more

Stay away!! You won't learn a thing and/or your dog won't look the same 2/3/2009

This school should be shut down. My dog had patches all over his body! I thought a student did the work, but no, the instructor did it! Does anyone have any pride in their work anymore? And they had the audacity to charge me for a terrible job!! STAY AWAY! Cons: DON'T KNOW HOW TO CUT DOGS HAIR!! more

WORST GROOMERS 1/23/2009

DO NOT Take your dog to this school!!! Terrible job. My,used to be fluffy poodle, now looks like a drowned rodent (The website wouldn't let me say R A T . The biggest problem with this is, the manager didn't see anything wrong with the cut. And the instructor did the cut. No wonder it is hard to find a good groomer in C/S! Each paw was a different cut and length. She has blotches of hair missing. Different length hair on her hind end. Cons: the bad thing is they didn't even say sorry for a bad job and the instructor did it!! more
