In the past six years, I have purchased/leased several Honda vehicles from Victor Castro at your dealership. As always, it is such a wonderful experience working with him. Although Herson's Honda is very close to our home, our reason for returning to your dealership is because of our previous purchase experiences with Victor. My recent service with CRISWELL HONDA was excellent and yes I will return. What makes it even better is I got off work at 7:00am, arrived there and was at home by 8:05am which is great. I was completely satisfied with my service advisor. He touched on all of my concerns I had with the vehicle and performed a walk around inspection with me at the time of the write up. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and was presented the “know your vehicle report”. I will definitely recommend their service department to my friends and family. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! more

Good: Overall, a good deal can be found at Criswell. Work with the internet sales group, which is outstanding. Unlike many local dealers, I have found Criswell's internet staff is professional and highly ethical. They seem genuinely concerned with the customer. If you are, like me, a person who does the necessary research regarding selling prices, incentives, trade-in values, etc., Criswell is the place to go. The key is knowledge.. Bad: Be careful in the finance office. The approach is to simply say no and stick to it.. Improvements: Outside of the finance office, I have found nothing at Criswell which is questionable. Overall the experience at Criswell is far superior to any other Honda dealer in the area.. Other: For an informed buyer, Criswell is the place to go. The one thing necessary is knowledge. Just tell them what you expect and you may be pleasently surprised.. more
