Good: Overall, a good deal can be found at Criswell. Work with the internet sales group, which is outstanding. Unlike many local dealers, I have found Criswell's internet staff is professional and highly ethical. They seem genuinely concerned with the customer. If you are, like me, a person who does the necessary research regarding selling prices, incentives, trade-in values, etc., Criswell is the place to go. The key is knowledge.. Bad: Be careful in the finance office. The approach is to simply say no and stick to it.. Improvements: Outside of the finance office, I have found nothing at Criswell which is questionable. Overall the experience at Criswell is far superior to any other Honda dealer in the area.. Other: For an informed buyer, Criswell is the place to go. The one thing necessary is knowledge. Just tell them what you expect and you may be pleasently surprised..
